Here’s what nobody tells you: it takes about 17 years, on average, for new medical research to make it into everyday practice. That means the science in your exam room may be a generation old. Our promise to readers

The Facts. For Free.

Our foundation is a searchable bank of sourced facts about the things that affect your daily life.

You’ll find individual fact sheets with sources, free booklets, and selected articles. The fact sheets give you the evidence without translating it into an opinion for you. Follow the sources, connect the dots, and draw your own conclusions.

Our mission is to help Americans by arming them with the facts about the things that affect their daily lives.

And we don’t think you should have to pay extra for the truth. Our fact sheets and booklets are free to read, explore, and share.
